HOW TO MEASURE
Chest, Waist, Bicep
Chest - Measure across the fullest part of your chest (usually this is around 2.5cms underneath your armpit) and across the shoulder blades. The tape measure should be snug. Not so tight that it constricts breathing, but not so loose that the tape measure slides down.
Waist - Measure around your natural waistline.
Bicep - Measure around your bicep at its fullest point (approximately 2.5cm down from your underarm).The tape measure should not be too tight and do not flex.
Recommendation : We Highly recommend choosing your size with the focus on the waist area as our garment are designed as tailored. You might like the comfort look around your waist to be a size higher. Please note that these garments contain stretch, use this as a guide depending on your individual style.
Customers have usually sized up to have a better fit feeling.

Measure from top of inside leg at crotch to your ankle bone.
